By accessing or using CI ApexTech's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

CI ApexTech provides AI-powered business automation services, including but not limited to: missed call text-back systems, appointment booking automation, database reactivation campaigns, and web design services.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not misuse or attempt to exploit our systems

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

CI ApexTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.
